CANCELLATION AND RETURNSÂ
We usually do not accept changes in the order once they are placed. However,if changes are communicated within 24 hours of the order placement, we will do our best to ensure to make the change in the order.The ability to make the requested changes are at the sole discretion of Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd.
Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, kindly write to us through the Contact Us Section or on the email provided with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will call you and confirm the cancellation.
Paula’s Choice believes in total customer satisfaction. If you have made a purchase of any of our full-sized products and would like to return these, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date you received them. In case of unopened products this limit is 30 calendar days. You would need to arrange to send these products at your cost to us by registered post or by an established courier company that provides you an airway bill.Â

Refunds are credited back to the same payment method which was debited at the time of making your order payment. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the payment gateway.Â
Please note that Net Distribution Services Pvt Ltd does not have influence on the timelines of payment re-imbursement. The refund normally will be credited back to the payment method you used when placing your order unless the bank or payment gateway used has different credit reimbursement policies.   Â
In case of order cancellations within the allowed time limit as mentioned in the section on ‘How can I cancel my order’ you will receive email from Net Distribution Services Pvt Ltd related to the processing of your refund. Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no exchange possible. You may return the products within the stipulated timelines and at your cost and get a refund. And place a new order for your revised requirements.Â
All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 2 business days and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.

We deliver across the country to over 10000 Postal codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of postal codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.
Deliveries are made through third party courier companies. All deliverable postal codes are prepopulated in our system to ensure that we take orders that can be serviced. In case the postal is not serviceable by the courier companies, you will get an error message at the checkout. Â
These serviceable postal codes are dynamic in nature and can change without prior intimation / updation on the site. Hence there can be a chance that an order goes through but later the postal code is no longer serviceable.Â

We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company at the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.
